Please note: We do not accept cases in which an increase in care allowance was rejected solely for legal reasons, whether the claim for the granting of care allowance is to be made in a foreign country or was rejected due to a lack of a residence permit in Austria.

2. Transfer the total amount of EUR 360.00 (incl. 20% USt.) to our office account
3. Send us
- the completed and signed attorney
- the transfer receipt with the transferred EUR 360.00 (incl. 20% USt.)
- Your current medical history and
- the current result from your pension insurance institution
